over 20 years experience specializing in difficult boundary retracement surveys
(property surveys) and boundary line disputes.

retracement, legal descriptions, deed research, subdivision, lot line
adjustment, topographic, plot plans and flood certificates. Plans and maps are
created using industry standard CAD software and can be provided in both digital
and conventional hard-copy formats.
Landon's experience in surveying has given him extensive exposure to all facets
of surveying. A survey is not complete until Landon can stand behind his work in
court, should the need arise.
Our
company is family owned by Landon and Leslie Woodward. We are available 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. Our goal is to provide prompt, professional, and courteous
